Cash Option vs Annuity
There are multiple considerations. First you would look at the amount of the jackpot, and your immediate needs. If it's a smaller amount, a few million, and you need money quickly, such as to pay debts or start a business, the annuity payments may, while helpful, still make you wait for the benefit this money can bring you. Also consider your age. If you're advanced in years and you want to spend your twilight years living high on the hog, the cash value option is better. If you're irrespo

This will make you NOT want to play the lottery
Hey, I'm with you on your idea of playing as much as possible without hurting yourself. All this does is remove some of the losing odds over to the winning odds and get you closer to the hit you desire. I'm not sure what type of system you use but, it might be better to just save what you'd spend on a single daily play for say maybe two days in an effort to cover more ground on a single ideal drawing. Make sense? I do play most of the time but, it's those ideal drawings which I target for the ea

Pick 3/4 Business Partner
Your second sentence is as true as it can get with the lottery. Like I told pick4hawk, it all boils down to what you really want from playing. When I display methods of playing based on what I find here, I'm not knocking it because anything can happen when you play. What I'm illustrating is lack of efficiency but, maybe this isn't important due to what the player is looking or hoping for in the end. Now, I'm not claiming to be quite the teacher because how I operate is based soley around what

Quick decision: New Ark. Lottery chief recommends Powerball
I understand multi-state games like PB and MM have to have higher odds than individual states games with lower odds. But what was wrong with 5/55 + 1/42 PB prior to January 2009, or even 5/53 + 1/42 PB prior to August 2005 with jackpot odds of 1/120 million? PB jackpots haven't been any higher since January than what they were a year ago before the latest matrix expansion. The number of jackpot winners have been roughly the same too (June 2008 - June 2009). Jackpot odds jumping from 1/120 millio

There is no Math when it come to winning.
Fair point BUT....If you don t play then you won t stand a chance to win, true? To my understanding and from your words all lotteries are rigged, you have provided some of the reasons.... so if it is rigged then there must be system in place which that system has to be mathematical and nothing else and therefore we use math to narrow down to their system and increasing our chances to win more often or perhaps win big! If you believe lottery is random then you might as well spend a dollar a

Try something differant!!
* wheels (too expensive) No, wheels are your best friends when comes to lottery, it is not expensive one can wheel a full set of numbers produced with the number pools (8 numbers for pick 6 produces 28 combos) and reduced down to a few combos through filtering. * filtering (great fun but too destructive) Destructive to the non winning combos. It filters out allowing one to minimize the cost, and to optimize the winning. If no filtering then it would be expensive playing all combos. Th
