?? Would you pay for a System that ...
1000 = 100%
1000/100= 10 = 1%
10 X 45 = 450
Won $500, Spent $450 = $50 Profit.
Is that right or did I make a mistake?
Very good for playing online at $900 to $1, but very risky also.
If it quits working you would lose a lot of money.
---------
If it works as good as that it would sure beat random, just make very little profit or no profit and or maybe lose money offline.
----------
I suggest that if it is true to use it only online.

Try to increase

Lottery winner demonstrates the right way to claim a big jackpot
You say that you are poor now...hmmm, take a look at the people with which you surround yourself...take their incomes and divide it by the number of people involved to arrive at an average. If the average income is just about where you are now, I highly recommend that you change your circle of friends...IMMEDIATELY!!!
The topic is Lottery winner demonstrates the right way to claim a big jackpot and your opening sentence was Actually it is a misconception that wealthy people manage their mon

Format for the Ideal Lottery Pool
I'll make this quick and easy...
1. minimum jackpot = 15 million (so every play is fair game)
2. 1 or 2 (1 = myself; 2 = my brother and I)
3. at least a dollar for every draw (it only takes 1 to win)
4. no (I don't play for 2nd or worse place; I play to win; but I do like the Florida lottery's increase the jackpot concept which I would buy whenever I visit Florida and play the Florida lottery)
5. more than 2 is too much; can never have a pool with too few people as the problem typ

Those would be great excuses had the clerk not said the machine is acting up
Would you explain that to me? The machine couldn't be confused by dirt because the clerk says it's acting up? Wouldn't that be exactly what it is doing (at least allowing a broad definition for acting up )?
As far as how such things would happen, I think it's a pretty safe bet that the terminal doesn't use optical character recognition, and has no idea whether the little boxes are marked with X's, Q's, ampersand

South Georgia couple wins $270M Mega Millions lottery jackpot
We would have to see how many 5 + 0 and 4 + 1 winners to check the theory that all low numbers produce more winners. That effect might be true on 6/49 games but not so obvious on Mega or Powerball.
I'd suggest that the effect should be more obvious with MM and PB. The larger the matrix, the more the distribution will be skewed if people are more likely to choose birthday numbers than other numbers. At the extreme, every combination in a 5/31 game uses all birthday numbers. For a 6/49 game 5

How do I prove my state lottery's Computer Generated Numbers are fixed?
This is a perplexing and difficult task, but it's not beyond a reasonable plausibility. The task becomes an experiment with a number of

Georgia Lottery bonuses stir lawmakers into action
If Employees need more money or an incentive then maybe they could let them play the lottery like the rest of us have to do, if they dont win then hey no extra money for you this year
The last time I looked the Georgia Lottery Corporation was in the gaming industry and laws prohibit employees from gambling on the games they run. But even if they did let them play and call it a win bonus, that money would still be deducted from the profits.
As she collects her big fat check of a $236
