Lucky Lotto Picks System by "Pete Egeler"
Well we've been talking about Pete's kind of system which uses draw history for a specific state and gives a result to play and your example of systems sellers is a universal system for all states, that sounded like apples and oranges to me.
I have no idea how well Pete's system works. I said I've seen it, not tested it and even if it didn't work in Florida there might be somewhere it does work and before you jump on that I'm saying it might work there based on that state's numbers not Flor

CBS publishes second hatchet job on lottery
You can't trust the lottery. Oh I suppose if you get the six winning numbers on a single line you will no doubt collect, but this is not an agency of government that's looking out for you.
When they say Play Responsibly they're just warding off complaints from critics like beer companies advising us to drink responsibly, don't sue us it isn't our fault you and our product combined to cause disaster we tried to warn you really we did honest.
Poor people play the lottery because that's

Opponents of lottery say 'I told you so'
I've never seen a ball drawing like the one in NC. What kind of Lottery machine is that? It looks antiquated and throws a lot of repeats.
They need to turn the machines on one at a time and let us see them doing it instead of already having the balls going. They could have duplicate balls in there for all we know. No wonder we are constantly in a repeat loop that delay all the numbers falling in the realm.
They need to get on with bringing all the numbers, get a Midday Pick 3, a

In the ongoing quick picks discussions...
As to the pick 3, it is the same people winning more often than others, over and over and over.
They win more often, bacause their method or system gives them more winning numbers than quick picks do to those who buy them.
Those who buy quick picks don't win very often on the pick 3.
Those who pick their numbers according to a good statistical system or method will win on the pick 3 more often.
Why? Because on the pick 3 game the odds are not as high as on the jackpot games, so they

Jackpot winner says business as usual at executive assistant job
Mystery winner claimed huge SuperLotto Plus jackpot
Judy Taylor won $93 million in the California Lottery, and said she was going to go back to work as an executive assistant.
The Alameda resident told state lottery officials she would use the money to travel to Greek islands and Hong Kong, buy a new car, and, as a lifelong renter, finally break into the Bay Area housing market.
Lottery officials said Monday that Taylor won the Sept. 1 jackpot for the Super Lotto Plus game, ending a

Tenn. Lottery CEO breaks silence on drawing errors
I'll pop in to say that I'm so happy Ms. Rebecca Paul-Hargrove left the Georgia Lottery before she completely ran it into the ground like she's doing the Tennessee Lottery.
With Georgia sales declining her only remedy was to tighten up games with higher matrices, more ballsets, terminate 6/46 Lotto Georgia, and launch the asinine computer generated Change Game aimed at vacuuming every last cent from a player's pocket. You could smell the greed wafting all over the Georgia Lottery, player

$325 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery nears record high
Yes, it's actually called the Match 5 Bonus prize. Here's a description of it from the PowerBall website:
Match 5 Bonus Prize
Whenever the Powerball jackpot reaches a record level, the amount of the jackpot prize is limited to increases for each draw of no more than $25 million. The prize money collected in excess of the maximum $25 million increase, will be placed into the Match 5 Bonus prize pool and will accumulate until there is a jackpot winner. Whe

Which way is better?
And there are a LEGION of other filters, I do mean a LEGION.
-----------------
And we didn't even get into my own VTRACKS yet and sorry, but at this time won't either.
That would mean even yet more filtration on top of the regular legion of filters.
-----------
Things to keep in mind in order to win:
There is no random.
There is no chance.
You make your own luck.
You can increase your odds of winning a lot.
Take it from the StatsOlogist.

Which way is better?
I say, to play on paper first and see if you can find ways to increase your odds to at least from the original 1/3 or so to at least 65%, if you can then go ahead and play, otherwise wait untill you can do better, keep on playing on paper, $365 dollars per one play is a lot of money to risk.
You might need to be rich like losing Jef to just play and hope that you are lucky.
I say make your own luck first.
In the past for me playing 365, dollars a draw might had mean, an almost for sure

Book of Variables P3, Preview
Hello Maverick,
Those are RAW numbers, no draw history or filtering of any kind.
A lot of numbers in Tier 1 for sure , and that is expensive even for on-line plays :)
But since the hits do come in Tier 2 and Tier 3; and they are around 30 numbers ( not counting the repeates); on-line play comes to around
$ 8.00 a draw for box only, 6 draws is $ 48.00 .....
Average hits for Tier 2 and 3 compined is 4 hits, 4X40.00=160.00
160-48=112 net !!!
Double the cost @ corner store $
