Very interesting article.The info about the state keeping the interest on the money until a winner comes forward was an eye opener.I always thought that the lottery ticket was a bearer instrument and the money belonged to the bearer immediatly after the draw.

CASH,I thought that article was funny, especially the part where the one person was saying they still buy Super 6 cause the odds are better. While that is true, the chances of them winning Super 6 are about nil, so they would be better off playing PB and taking home some of the great lower-tier payoffs.

since they just approved a bill allowing TX to join a multi-state game, it maybe closer than we all thought. Changing the bill was a first step, but we'll see what happens. OH! The excitment! MM:I _did_ read the article. Somebody DID suggest that the couple take the lump sum.I'm not going to comment on EVERY piece having to do with somebody having to decide between cash/annuity.
