CASHLESS ONLY: "Flip & Switch"
Regarding the NEW PA game, Mix Match , well wouldn't you know? The PA Lottery had boldly announced in its press release: Cash jackpots will start at $50,000, but if the top prize is not won in a drawing, the entire amount will roll over to the next drawing s jackpot.
Guess what MONDAY's Jackpot is? A WHOPPING $60,000!
Yes, you read that correctly: because nobody won tonight, the Jackpot increased by a WHOPPING $10,000!
Is this a joke? All this for a TWO DOLLAR ticket?

6 Disturbing Lottery "Trends"
1. Is a problem. WA.OR and BC are now computerized even though most players are against it.
2. I hope MM goes to $2/ticket. Might actually have a real jackpot for a change. The dollar isn't worth what it once was.
3. Providing more money can go to the jackpot and not the state I have no problem with a lower prize level. I'm playing for the jackpot anyways.
4.This is america. Get used to the government not having the intelligence to make state lotteries tax free, like Canada, Europe, Aus

Missing The $200m-$300m Jackpots
Del S:
No. Not at all.
What I am saying is that the current run is close to the runs that produced giant jackpots.
For seventh draws, the maximal amount of sales accumulated by seventh draws was about $152M. Ultimately the jackpot in that case grew to $265M, annuity. That was in March and April of this year.
The minimal seventh draw accumulation in sales was $109M. That jackpot grew to $163M annuity, also this year.
What I am trying to say that large jackpots, unsurprisin

power ball pool
Thanks Guesser. Here goes...
Unfortunately, the Red ball cannot be tracked with this workout, but using the law-of-averages as the basis: Since there are 55 White Balls and only 5 are chosen each drawing, each Ball will come up once In 11 drawings. That is the idea from which this system was developed.
Now, we all know that doesn't really happen because 11 Drawings is too small of sample size for the law-of-averages to really work. The result is that some Balls don't come up

Canada lottery retailers win major prizes more than public
The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) said this morning it's not worried that ticket retailers win prizes of more than $10,000 six times more often than the rest of the players.
There have been four confirmed cases of retailer misconduct over the last two years, with three involving ticket sellers misleading ticket holders about how much or whether they had won.
Some ticket buyers say they have considered that possibility before.
One man says if the lottery retailer has the

confirmation bias
It is the peculiar and perpetual error of the human understanding to be more moved and excited by affirmatives than by negatives. --Francis Bacon
Confirmation bias refers to a type of selective thinking whereby one tends to notice and to look for what confirms one's beliefs, and to ignore, not look for, or undervalue the relevance of what contradicts one's beliefs. For example, if you believe that during a full moon there is an increase in admissions to the emergency ro

Anyone hate a certain lottery game?
Illinois's regular lotto is a 6/52 but if you are not winning the jackpot
the games payouts are terrible. I just dont understand the big gap
in the 1st place prize and the 2nd place prize. Since the lottery makes
billions every year (at least in Illinois) when are they ever going to put
some more money back into the games. The lottery is nothing without
the players but it seems we get the short end of the stick with the payouts.
Sometimes I wonder if there was a nation wid

Charitable Giving
If I won a large lottery pot, gifts to needy relatives and friends and charitable giving would be the main uses of the money, as I'd only want to increase my own standard of living modestly. Several of my relatives are disabled, and helping them would come first. Then, depending upon the size of the pot, would come donations for
