My new pick 4 system, for risk takers
Method is simple.I use 1 number,as my master number. There is so many combinations in single and double digit number,in pick 4,so when you play 2$ box,its almost impossible to hit box.
7 is very popular, and i see most of the states, getting this number. There are few rules,in this system
1.First number must be between 1-5
2.#7 must be either in second or third position.
3.If 7 is not second,but third,then second number must be between 5-9
4.And last ,any of those numbers :0,2,4,6.

Odds 101
Floyd said: There are also 10 numbers that , if drawn, will result in the player winning, because the number drawn will match one of the 10 tickets. That means that on the side of the odds equation that expresses the possible outcomes that result in the player wining we have 10. That makes the odds of losing 9990:10. (9990 outccomes that lose) : (10 outcomes that win), adding up to 10,000 possible outcomes.
Whether you walk out of the store with 10 or even 1000 different pick-4 straight co

I`ve scanned the forum but haven`t seen any comments on using the 'type' of number system to select number combinations. Is there a software program that uses the 'type' system available? Lottery America is one but I`m looking for a freebie here!
Please explain, what do you mean by type of number system? Th

California judge rules in favor of Mega Millions lottery
California Lottery officials announced Tuesday that the Sacramento Superior Court ruled that California's participation in the multi-state Mega Millions game is legal and that the California Lottery is authorized to operate the game in the state.
The court further stated that the Lottery Commission is lawfully operating and the Mega Millions' joint operation in California does not require specific legislative approval.
The ruling is a crushing blow to a small but vocal anti-lottery group,

Duke v1.0 Predictions and Method Testing
My hats off to FDuke. Duke coupled wiuth my pairs system of elimination is a hit!
I have been testing out Duke in NJ and Ny and the results are truly amazing. I haven't seen many straight hits yet but almost everyday you get a box hit... I did refine the system a bit and now I can get hits every single day...or close.
1. I use the 1, 9 and 17th draws.as in the original scheme.
2. Input the 9 digits (three drawings) as is.
5. Now go from left to right and if you meet a duplicate

The HAT Method 5/25 Evening
Calif what if there was way to reduce the betting list from 600 or 700 to less than 250? I have been doping that for some time now....
1One way to do this (not what i use btw):
1. Get the last 30 pairs...in the last 10- 20 drawings
2. Run down these pairs...IOW ..a pair 45 will produce 10 numbers
450, 451, 452, 453, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 459...
You only have 340 numbers now...less if you have many duplicate pairs...
Guaranteed that in more than 80 % of the times your numb

The Solution t This Gas Extortion
An excellent idea but, unfortunately, the American people will not inconvenience themselves for a common cause. If there's a Mobil station on the corner where they buy their gas on their way to or from work, they won't drive six blocks out of their way to buy from Citgo.
If you want to fight the high price of gas, buy crude oil options or invest in oil service companies such as Schlumberger, Inc. It won't bring the price of gasoline down, but you'll make enough money to pay for your gas for

Why an Annuity?
I preface this comment with this is merely my concept of the reason and I could be wrong .
First, I think the biggest reason the States offer an Annuity is to allow the State an oppurtunity to retain as much cash reserve as possible. One of the primary laws in Lottery and Gambling is that the entity offering the Game must have a reserve equal to an amount preset by the initial Constitution of that Game to insure that in the case of a large payout, there are adequate funds to cover the payout
