Hey Todd
Hi Stalyn, I'm asked that question periodically, so I don't mind answering on the forums where hopefully a lot of people can see it. When I started this site (and its sister site USA Mega) nearly a decade ago, I realized that there would be some trade-offs, due to the amount of time it takes to keep the site going. One of the biggest personal trade-offs was that I would no longer be able to devote the same amount of time to coming up with number workouts, tracking, and so forth. I also

Mega Millions lottery winner proved his wife wrong
Rocco Derrigo said his wife, Jean, convinced him to play the lottery regularly. She said, 'You'll never win.' I had to prove her wrong, the Floral Drive resident joked. Score one for Rocco. The retired New York Air Brake worker won $250,000 when he nailed five out of six numbers Tuesday in the Mega Millions lottery. Mr. Derrigo said he double-checked his numbers before erupting into celebration and calling as many of his 10 siblings as he could reach to share the good news. I fo

Getting the faith back in Tn Lottery
Hi!! Lottery Post friends. Last night I purchased 5 quick picks for the Tn pick 5 drawing. The Jackpot was for $ 120,000. I had 4 out of 5 numbers. WON $ 103.00 Off the ticket, But makes me so mad to be one number off like that. The numbers called were 8-13-15-21-31 My numbers were 2-13-15-21-31 then I also had 13-15 on another line for $ 1.00 But it just seems like second place should be a higher payout. What kind of 2nd place prizes does your state have? I'LL POST MY WI

A "Forecast Game" a "Lottery Games Simulator" (Universal).
Years ago I started to practice pick 3 prediction using the Tx Lottery pick 3, once I more or less knew what I was doing I started to try to predict other states' pick 3 games, some of which were RNG drawn unlike the Tx pick 3, Yes, some of those games had not patterns the same as those of the Tx pick 3, but they were pick 3 games and in general they can be only so much different from each other (From other games) so I was still able to win more often than I would had by random chance (Quick Pic

Pick-Quickpick Question
Tood: Here is an email I received today from the Texas Lottery Commission. Thought you might want it for your reference files. When you read this reply, you can't help but notice that they are talking in singular fashion when referring to a couple thousand RNGs across Texas. The statement about the May 2008 RNG test is interesting, and confusing. In any event, the question is closed as far as I'm concerned. Dear Bobby623 Each terminal has a random number generator

Could any of you help me?
1. How long have you been buying lottery tickets? Bought Pennsylvania lottery tickets from a co-worker in the early 70s and had tickets in Ohio's Buckeye 300 first drawing. The first online game I played was the Ohio Pick-3 on December 3, 1979; played my license plate number (647), it hit straight the next night, and I've been hooked ever since. 2. Where do you buy lottery tickets? Do you always buy them at the same place? I usually go to stores that are convenient for me and avoid the

I'm in LOVE!!
First of ...cutting a matrix of ~40 numbers (for pick 5) in half is terrible to begin with .. I'd agree if the idea is to cut the possible 658,008 combinations in half, but the idea is to cut the starting numbers in half; 5/20 has 15,504 combinations not 329,004 or around a 97% reduction. Even if somebody could find a method that consistently produced 5 winning numbers out of 20, $15,504 a pop is way too high for a serious lottery player. Wheels are designed to lower the playing cost to
