I don't agree with this. It's the lottery's job to shut down so-called bulk ticket retailers, not collect all this money and then deny payment. That's what Texas tried to do to a winner and she had to sue them to collect. As Snidely Whiplash would say: Curses, foiled again! On 3 tickets (2 tickets shared 1 number) I hit only 1 number. That makes it 1 for 17 on this try. Yeah, I agree. Same odds as any other quick pick. You have the option to buy it, but what if you were filling in your numbers on a slip and you overheard the person at the cash that they turned down a mistake ticket. Would you run up to the cash and tell the clerk to save it for you? How obsessed would you be if another person got to buy that mistake ticket b4 you?
