Why was Tipton's software not analyzed by multiple third parties before being put into use? Why was one guys software put into place, unquestioned and unchecked? The people who chose Tipton to write the software had responsibility to oversee and vet the product they were getting from Tipton, yet they did not do that. It's like the honor system was used. It's crazy when you think about it. The guy was just given blind trust to create and implement the software.

I think in rng states we are seeing what Mr Tipton built!# Being played on all of us!! Either by the form of all lotterys in on it. Are a group that Mr Tipton leads and sends out to buy numbers! Yes i will say it someone is making a killing and will never get caught. Its the perfect crime buy cash 3 and 4 tickets that pay at the store that is not a claimer. And you pay no taxes on it you hit 40 cash 3 tickets at 500 a piece thats 20000 a draw you win.
