what is pennsylvania treasure hunt?
There is no excuse for computerized drawings, no matter what they do in the evening. The fact that they have and use real drawing machines, and opt not to use them during the day is actually twice as bad, not some kind of good thing. (IMHO.) Computerized drawings are inherently dishonest, no matter how good intentioned the operator of the game is. If a human being cannot witness the numbers being drawn (as is the case with computerized drawings), then there is always a chance that there is

Fixed Lotteries
I voted some....that being the computerized drawings...just don't trust them....easier to manipulate. But that being said , why would any state want to kill the golden goose by doing so? the only examples of rigging were employees doing so to win big money, and they got busted by their states and did time in jail. Here in Michigan, they change ball sets every so often and that seems to help change the patterns, but I think they try to protect the integrity of the 3 and 4 digit in particular. I d

Lottery isn't fake as long as they're doing ball drawings. It's not fair with computerized drawings.

Same lottery numbers win game twice
This event stands to add fuel to the fire for opponents of computerized drawings, who insist that state lotteries should only use traditional mechanical drawing machines, because of the inherent problems and suspicions with computerized drawings. That's an understatement! All they are doing is making our point even stronger against computerized drawings! I love it when they do things like that!

question about tennessee lotto 5 drawings
Whew! I guess I don't need that second shot of whiskey afterall! Having signed the petition to eliminate computerized drawings, I guess I go up in smoke whenever I see the word computerized. You're right about computerized meaning you have to purchase the ticket on a computer terminal (on line), but whenever I see it in a discussion about a lottery game, I automatically go into eliminate computerized drawings mode! One thing is curious though - when you go to the TN Lottery web site's main page

Sign the petition:ONLY computer drawings
That's a very short-sighted view. For a good example of how ill-informed it is, maybe you should check out the Indiana (Hoosier) Lottery. LosingJeff can fill you in on how their computerized drawings produce fewer winners than most states by far, and certainly totally out of proportion of the state population / player base.Don't you see? It's a myth that the RNG will make the drawings more predictable. On the contrary, it makes it easier for them to make you NOT win.I suspect you are just tr

computerized mega millions and powerball
I would still play, but I prefer ball drawings to computerized drawings. Ball drawings seem more fair to me.

N.C. computerized drawings - who will guard against?
I'm wondering which Lottery Post member will be the first to get their letter to the editor published in a major North Carolina newspaper. There needs to be a major letter-writing campaign to all the N.C. newspapers, blanketing the state, to ensure that every citizen and every representative is aware of this issue, and makes it clear that computerized drawings are not acceptible. Here is a list of North Carolina newspapers I tracked down:The Charlotte ObserverWinston-Salem JournalNews Observer

very important poll-computer draws
Here's to keeping ball/machine drawings over computerized drawings. That said, in my opinion, there is little difference in ball/machine randomness and computer randomness. Whatever is unique within either type drawing platform remains domainly consistent. However, consider all the different ball/machine combinations that Florida utilizes within the Florida Fantasy 5 drawing platform. Total chaos is created within the established lottery pool continuously because of massive ball/machine switching.
