With all the spam and virus filters these days you never know for sure whether your email arrived or bounced unless you get a reply. One little mistake can cost you everything on your computer too! Try and use an email address that has worked for Mike in the past and a subject that doesn't look like spam, same for text. If he has several ways to contact him cc: the others when you write until you get a reply and be sure to provide some way he can tell you are a customer. I haven't heard from
