The best way is to play online, but only a few states offer it. The could use a program like LP uses for predictions, which is almost fool proof. In my state we could bet $1000 on a horse race online, but must drive to the nearest store to buy a lottery ticket. The technology is there, they should use it.

I believe anything can be rigged, There's tiny micro chips to be placed in the balls or nano technology used in future paint that may tell the computer what the ball number is. But, what can you do, except keep playing and hoping that you have the winning number.

With the computer technology today, they should be able to have the list of second prize winners within 15 minutes. I think they do. I also think they have to do other things before they can allow reporters have the results. LP admin should be the best person to answer this question.

LOL....you got that right...but than again anything can be programed to come out if you want it......all they have to do is just write a program for just trips and put it into the computer when they want to let them loose...........with today's Technology you can do anything you want...even hackers could program the numbers better than PA ....
