7/6 Night - NCEL Retail Terminal Outages
NCEL Seemed to have a wide-spread terminal outage last evening 7/6 and MANY people on the NC P4 forums mentioned this. Not all stores were affected, but seemed to GREATLY skew the payouts available to players and if they had knowledge of this issue, should have cancelled the drawing that night. Well I dont want to brag as I will gain resistance Inmediamente. But WTF? What if? That means I am your boss, not your servant. Who want to donate to that pool? At best we can say lottery players are 18 and over or whatever the minimum age is, buying tickets anonymously, and the majority of wins are prizes under $600 with no record of who wins what. Someone could keep statistics on MM, PB, or state lotto games jackpot winners, but because only a tiny percentage of players win jackpots, those statistics are basically useless. Truth is... we all want a 200 plus million jackpot. We don't need a poll to find out if the average lottery player prefers a $200 million jackpot over a $25 million 30 year annuity and with this game there must be a jackpot winner before anyone can win $1 million. If the title of the thread is not a question, why do you use it as a reason to vote? In other words, you didn't answer a title, you voted for a question that posed by the OP. Basically what you're saying is that you answered a TITLE of a thread, not the poll question. My question is, how do you answer a STATEMENT ? If I write.. I like pears . Most people would respond like.... Good for you , or... I hate Pears . lol...They wouldn't say yes, or no. That would make no sense. lol

It finally explains why I haven't won the jackpot yet. I have only been getting the ticket once every two years perhaps twice if I voted in the Primaries. You are right I can't believe I could have been that dumb . I wondered why I would get strange looks when I gave the poll workers a dollar when I signed in but since they gave me the sticker I thought I did it right. Perhaps since Texas has started posting info, the other states will follow; I know that Indiana lottery has been making press announcements the last few weeks and New York a few. We're only 2 months to launch so things should definitely pick up soon. As far as anonymity it should be same as PB/MM...depends on state. Maryland authorized the game back in their April commission meeting, they joined MUSL in July, and I'm assuming got legislature approval sometime since then. My poll looks like
