Ok, I checked the Prediction Winners for Thursday, July 5. Only RJOh and I are standard members. The others are probably using the Premium Membership. RJOh has two tickets with 3 out of 5 on Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt. I got one ticket with 3 out of 5 on Georgia Fantasy 5.

I totally agree RJOh.. Like I've always said, You could have the best system in the world, but it's only good as the ground it covers. In other words, in a game where there are millions to one, the only advantage is buying atleast 60 percent of the combos to have somewhat of an edge, which of course is impractical....so, in order to have some magical prediction method using a very minimal amount is rare, and most probably will never happen........except what RJOh said.......pure luck! I'm surprised you weren't asked for ID. Your situation sort of defeats the whole purpose of asking for a signature. Are you sure it was $600 and not $599? AFAIK you can't collect $600 at a store, unless that's something local. You definitely are required to pay taxes on any ticket $600 or over, and that isn't a State Law, it's Federal. In FL they will let you claim up to $4,999 without deducting taxes at the local lottery office, but you are required to fill out forms and will get a W-G like
