Maryland Lottery to swap out 5 Card Cash for new Pick 5 game
Found something in the KY Lottery annual report that suggest pick-3 players don't worry about how the numbers are drawn:
Pick 3, which far and away continues to be the most widely played Kentucky Lottery draw game (more than doubling
sales of any other terminal-based game), posted a 16.1% sales increase from the previous year. Sales for the game
ended FY21 at $194.2 million, a $26.9 million increase. Pick 4 sales increased for the same period, ending up 18.1%
at $60.2 million. That

New York City considering vaccination lottery incentive similar to Ohio's
Not going to stoop down and watch some video.
BTW it is RNA, not DNA, so get your facts straight.
mRNA will shortly be recruited to fight many diseases, particularly cancer. It is a MESSENGER for RNA which allows the immune system to recognize and destroy said disease.
On a different subject I found a very interesting article that I shared with one of our patient's Mom. Her daughter died from Neuroblastoma in our PICU. Point of article is the deception for pediatric canc

Wisconsin woman receives probation for stealing and cashing $25,000 lottery ticket
Hey look our state made the news!!!!
Oh wait......this isn't a good article.
Glad she got caught - this kind of crap makes players disgruntled.
To bad she did not see some bars though.
I remember how upset I was when I read this article while back about WI:
https://www.wisconsinwatch.org/2018/03/some-people-repeatedly-win-the-wisconsin-lottery-do-they-play-fair/
Lots of big consistent winners in both WI and around the country happen to be store owners or w

Update: Every US state lottery's COVID-19 response
2 MAJOR POINTS:
Addendum to Ohio Lottery : Ohio lottery's regional offices are closed, your winning ticket they will validate it if submit by mail ( Who is going to trust them?)
or you have until 30 days after the state emergency order is lifted to submit in person.
What this article failed to address, though their article is commendable, HOW does one still submit a ticket anonymously ?
Clearly if one submits by mail , they must sign it to prevent any potential fraud, after photocopy

Homeless man dives into dumpster to retrieve lottery ticket worth $4.82M
WOW.....Can't we all just be happy he won?
We all should be ecstatic that someone we don't know won money playing the lottery and while we're at it, what about the casinos, horse racing, or any other form of gambling where people win something. And it doesn't hurt to offer tips we believe is helpful to someone that will never read them or could careless what we think.
But it looks like you're missing the point of the article which is in the title and in the first sentence.
A homeless

California Lottery cancels sales meeting in aftermath of rowdy party photos
Did you read the original article?
They did not wait 2 years.
An anonymous report was filed last year and no action was taken.
Quote from the first article:
It was the second time that the package and an appeal for an investigation was sent to the administration. The similar anonymous package was sent to the administration a year ago.
So it sounds like it was the same person yet nothing was done.
I am guessing the only reason anything is being do

How North Carolina scratch-off lottery tickets are distributed
They left out so many facts in this report it's not even funny. The tickets for a large print game might not even all be printed at once.
I.E. They may print half the game and send it to the warehouses and they even left out bigger points such as ticket pooling. The tickets after they are printed are sorted into pools to ensure random distribution, however this is actually to ensure the lottery does not lose money. Typically the last pool of a game the last top prize is moved to the back of t

FL Lottery rigged (from ex-lotto official?)
How was the article posted? anonymously
The article was posted by ExLottoOff Obviously not a real name.
So anonymously would describe 99.9% of the people on LP.
I am not in favor of RNG's. But everyone is quick to complain when they think the RNG's have been rigged against the players, or whenever something just doesn't happen according to what people think should happen statistically or otherwise. And rightfully so, as has been proven in the past. So why should ball drawings get a fr

Mass. Lottery ends some scratch ticket games before grand prizes paid out
Thank you! It's posts like yours that make LP worthwhile.
Since you're not able to post the link ( Placing grand-prize tickets in instant games is an elaborate process ), here it is on your behalf:

The last portion of the article regarding large batches of tickets knowingly being distributed with the odds of winning top tier prizes of exactly zero, is most telling, and, in my view, disturbing
