Kansas House proposal would create tax on lottery tickets

A proposal to raise taxes on utility bills, lottery tickets and churches is heading toward a vote in the Kansas House.

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
I was looking on Skip and Hit Chart.
Very interesting, it records for how many hits had each number after skipping any specific number of drawings.
Can someone post an image with this chart? In the book it's not really a chart, is a table with values.

Chi testing on non-public powerball data
I've ran some chi-testing on powerball data, more specifically on the non-public sets. The light blue dotted line (53g mod-208) is for two ball sets ago (#21-24). The thick light maroon line (55g mod-301) is for the very last ball set (#25-28). The light green thick dashed line (59g-67) is for our current ball set (#29-32) upto 2/16/2010. Colorado Lottery launches new jackpot game next week
The Colorado Lottery will launch its first new Jackpot game in nine years next week.
Called MatchPlay, the game will offer a rolling, $100,000 jackpot and more ways to win than the Lottery's current Jackpot games.
Drawings for MatchPlay will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays at approximately 7:40 p.m.. The first tickets for the game will be sold on Sun., Feb. 21, and the first drawing will be held on Tue., Feb. 23.

What do you do to Increase your Odds of Winning?
Let's see, what to do to increase the odds of winning.....
First I go to the predictions page and look for the three or four individuals who might actually be playing their own predictions. Missouri Lottery names new director
The Missouri Lottery Commission named May Scheve Reardon of St. Louis as the executive director of the Missouri Lottery during a commission meeting held today in Jefferson City. Her appointment takes effect immediately.
