I don't think they will change the matrix because of Arkansas joining. It would take a state of higher population levels than that -- such as when Florida joined (the impetus of the last matrix change). There is a lot of things I do not agree with the Government. Lots. We are taxed on our money once, twice, three times. Seems like every few weeks they find a new tax to put upon the average citizen. Ok, so I've been really working on trying to win the Cash 25 in WV. I use a wheel (4if6of11) which plays 2 tickets. I do the wheel twice and play 4 tickets a day. I always win at least $1, which is 3 out of 6. Sometimes I win $10, which is 4 out of 6. I know it's a matter of time before I get a hit. Check it out..... I have been using these same numbers to play Keno for the last 20 some odd years. Have yet to hit all ten, but I have hit 7, 8, and 9 numbers on them quite often. I usually play them on a multi-card keno machine at one of my local casinos. I start off on a nickel machine and bet one nickel per set. As I win, I increase the bet. there have been MANY a time that I have gone home several hundred dollars richer spending only $40 to $60 dollars. Not a bad turn around. Try them out.

Jmill check this out! I know the 31 pair is going to pop in VA in the next 3 days. I went back 3 days as of today's date and the pairs I see are 31 43 45 39 30 which 31 keeps repeating so it is coming. I went back to look 3 days at the numbers predictors for VA had.
