POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
You can sue anybody for any thing. Fill out the papers and pay the fee, and the process starts.
The real question is will the suit be dismissed quickly or will it continue? What *exactly* would you sue the lottery for? Not being able to generate every possible combination isn't a cause of action in itself. OTOH, if the lottery claims that the RNG generates random combinations and it doesn't* there might be a cause of action. If they know it can't generate them all they may be committing fraud

Artificial Intelligence
There seem to be 2 schools of thought here on the predictability of Lotto games. Since Double-DUH, er, Delta Draw didn't specify whether he was confused by my questions, thinks they were totally irrelevant or naive, or otherwise not worth commenting on, I'm not sure which school he fits into.
The first school consists of those who are firmly entrenched in their belief in the Gambler's Fallacy. (See my other posts or check it out at Wikipedia.) If the selection of winners in a given Lotto gam

Should illegal immigrants be able to claim lottery prizes?
Having a hard time making sense out of anything you're saying here (maybe I need to be drunk too) but one thing stands out like a sore thumb.
Al Gore is an unmitigated liar. His movie is an unmitigated hoax and a fraud. And he allows no one to question him on it. If he says that Polar Bears are going extinct when studies show that there are more Polar Bears than ever before, you had better not disagree. He doesn't allow dissent with his claims.
And just because he recently spent millions a

Xtra's Binary Formula, Pick3 solved.
Okay, LP. I'm certain that everyone who's read over these latest posts can see that there is a problem...a (3) way problem. It's been assumed that I've been trying to bait people in with a Pick 3 system and take their money...or whatever the case may be. For those who definitely know, how far is this from the truth??? I mean, honestly. Can anyone here on LP post anything from me describing a scam, flim-flam, or anything else to get money from anyone here on LP to play numbers on Pick 3???
I k

steve player lottery
There is a way to accomplish this but, it requires time, correct application, and money.
Lucky, I beg to differ with you. At a cost of over 400.00 dollars, every bit of information the player needs to generate the winning selections should be given over to him - in the greatest of detail, with no stones left unturned. I can only base my opinions on what my eyes have seen, and, what I did see, was something that did not deserve the slightest bit of praise. Considering myself to be knowledgeabl

Cheated winner wants Texas Lottery to pay up
McDonald's is responsible for their coffee regardless of who sells it, because it's their coffee made and served to their specifications.
And that's my point, the Texas Lottery is responsible regardless of who sells or cashes their tickets.
The grand jury found there was enough evidence proving Willis was the rightful owner of the ticket and indited Joshi for fraud. A warrant was issued but since Joshi's whereabouts are unknown there will probably be a default judgment finding him guilty

Arkansas woman tries to cash in fake lottery ticket, arrested
Includes video report
A woman is arrested inside the Arkansas Lottery Headquarters Monday afternoon, and the local media's cameras were there for the arrest.
Police say Ruth Dennis, 56, tried to pass a fake winning ticket for the real thing at the claims center. Her friend, John Burch says he gave Dennis and her sister a ride from Camden with a $3,000 ticket.
Lottery director Ernie Passailaigue says the ticket was clearly not real. He says she used the three times lucky scratch ticke

N.C. lottery store owners, employees winning big and often
I have posted many times about this guy at the store in which I play my lottery, he can call the winner all the time, even prints out a ticket without me asking and hands it to me. Once he gave me one of those instant tickets that was for promotional and it was a winner. Mind you, I always play the 3 digits, sometimes I 'get' a four digit in my workout that I can't ignore.
But I think working with numbers as I did as a cashier at Giant Food Market did a world of good for me with numbers, the

Colorado Lottery investigates 21-time prize winner
It's not me Jarasan, it's the FEDS.
The story brings two facts to light.
1) He's winning alot of money (which I hope he's claiming)
2) He has a business that he may be claiming on his income tax returns that may or may not exist.
If he gives them any reason to dove into his finances, let's say, because his winning are public knowledge and his tax returns don't totally reflect all of the monies, Then the Feds will surely pick him apart, starting with the lottery wins then the business

A NJ Senator claimed our $5mil winning ticket after we asked their help. Should we get it back?
You all know my story AWOL ticket. The police cashed it. I went to Sen JF Vitale in Woodbridge for help in reclaiming our ticket. I later found out from NJL he was one of the original payees on our ticket along with county officials and our police and fire department after I sought their help. No one would help me as Vitale's campaign for re-election was in full swing. Sis and I are just two insignificant women on a fixed income.
Yes, it is a bearer instrument, but do they all not have the ob
