What is the best low cost betting strategy?
Hi,
If you were only going to spend $1 per draw, what betting strategy do you think would end up giving you the best bang for your buck?
This poll is geared to alot of us who don't spend much on betting, but enjoy being in the game.

Should a winning system be posted on the LP?
What's so strange about this poll?
The poll's question is, Should a winning system be posted on the LP?
It's a yes or no. The two options cover every angle. The first option allows you to vote NO. The second option asks you to show your system considering you're an advocate of posting systems. The OP is encouraging it. What's the problem?

is anyone making an income from lottery
I've patronized him ever since the first time he said there is no winning system because it was obvious he had no idea how real lottery players bet. By saying over and over again there is no winning system, he is actually hoping someone will eventually show him a winning system so he can recoup some of his huge gambling losses.
Why else would he whine about JKING only giving Yes or No options in his poll about posting winning systems?
If he was one of Catlin's students, Catlin had him stan

is anyone making an income from lottery
Yes! jimboo-boo, I had a wonderful vacation. Thanks for asking. Nothing like having a staff of 20-odd year old nurses visiting at all hours of the day and night to get blood, take blood pressure, and stick you with needles and pour pills down you. Not to mention how they wheeled me around on gurneys and in wheel chairs, assisted with surgeries and procedures, put me to sleep and woke me up, and brought me coffee, ice cream and donuts.
Truth is, I had more fun watching the 23 year old, 5 2 , 1

Why not set up a new poll topic?
Might be more interesting with additional alternatives.

Cali Powerball players: How much wagering for first draw?
Just splurged on this first draw because it's the first Powerball in CA. After this, will only have 1 line on each PB draw unless the jackpot is over $200M or so.
I figure there are probably a lot of other people doing the same thing, buying a lot more than they normally would on the inaugural PB draw. That's kinda the reason for the poll. But now wondering why there are so many discards.(anonymous haters?)
Only saw long lines of people on the news, when the reporters go to those lucky liq

Cali Powerball players: How much wagering for first draw?
Yeah, would have been nice if it didn't hit on 3/30 and continued to roll till now. Still, it's the inaugural Powerball for California! Didn't matter what the jackpot was, I would still play 10 lines even if it was just $40M, just for fun to see how it is the first time. After that, just 1 or 2 lines each draw, unless its over $200M.
I bet they are counting on a lot of people like me, who don't care about the ticket price difference or the jackpot amount relative to MM, and will just add it a

Mega Millions Question
Thanks ronnie. You are on top of the game.
The twelve just hit! So i guess that answers the question to the poll.
On second glance I notice that on January ninth, the number 59 was drawn, which by using my clearly defined logic, leads me to believe that this is not the MM, but some other big game.

National Lottery Price to double
maringoman,
It's not just the people's inability or unwillingness to organize. thee is a certain percentage that are going to play lotteries no matter what. I think we once had a poll here on LP about at what cost would you stop playing and some people said they'd never stop.
Consider when there's a sports strike in the U.S. Most of the fans say, That's it for me, I'll never go to another game and for a very short while the stadiums are almost empty, but then the fans start showing up agai
