Been playing the lottery for years without a major win. So...
Lol, I thought you were going to add more to it. I often scroll thru my states winners list, and most of the people look like they've gone thru hell and back. Sometimes I ask myself, did they have to SPEND $20,000 to win that $500,000? Even at the stores, the people buying tickets seem a bit frazzled . Like, instead of spending $100 on lottery, a nice pair of Nikes would be a better investment. Lottery needs to start putting makeup on these people lol. HOWEVER, that's no judgement and that's

Kentucky Lottery chief announces his retirement
The Kentucky Lottery's long-time chief executive has announced his retirement in a letter to the Lottery's board of directors. After significant thought and reflection, I have decided it is time for me to retire, said Kentucky Lottery President and CEO Arch Gleason in the letter. I have spent nearly 23 years as President and CEO of the Kentucky Lottery and take great pride in what we have accomplished. During Gleason's tenure as Kentucky Lottery President CEO, he served as president of t

West Va. Lottery director announces retirement
John Musgrave, the longtime director of the West Virginia Lottery, announced his retirement Thursday, bringing to a close a more than 19-year run that has included work for four different governors. I love this job. I've been so fortunate. I like doing what I do and serving this administration, as well as the others, but there's something that just tells me it's time, Musgrave told MetroNews. The lottery had annual revenue of approximately $220 million when Musgrave took over. It now has

Why does it have to be so impossible to win the lottery?
Excitement at 9 digit jackpots has faded. The daily pick 3 typically pays 500 on odds of 1:1000 (000-999). Depends on where you play, legal or otherwise I suppose. We all know this and it's awesome odds if you ask me. Theoretically, over time you can only win back half of what you play. Whoops, forgot taxes. Yikes. I'm not going to make a living or retire playing the daily. It's like a Toyota, in that it's common, dependable and predictable. I'm not saying predictable in what the numbers will

Virginia: 7/1 - 7/31/2015
I just noticed something else peculiar that dovetails with the past two occurrences of 444 above. Something I missed before, was that 021 and 012 showed on the same day as 444 as follows: 05/09/10; Day: 021; Night: 444 | 08/16/12; Day: 444; Night: 012 | 07/08/15; Day: ???; Night: ??? Remember back on the 5th I was ranting about these weird coincidences that have been popping up between the Virginia Pick 3 numbers and the first thousand digits of Pi? I was wondering if my 444 prediction mi

$70 million Calif. SuperLotto winner comes forward
More than a month after buying the winning ticket in San Francisco, a 41-year-old man has finally come forward as the winner of a $70 million lotto ticket, the California Lottery said Wednesday. Eurico Chin bought the ticket on a whim in late May at a Safeway in the Sunset District. I thought to myself, 'why not?' he said, according to a press release from the California Lottery. I'm already here, might as well buy one, he reportedly said. He purchased the winning SuperLotto Plus ticket, a
