All those variables are something to consider, but in the final analysis they would not matter if TIME is absolute - at least on this plane in our 3- dimensional reality. The changing of balls, or changing of machines may contribute to promoting randomness, but even that collapses when TIME comes into play, because all those events leading up to the draw of the ball conspire together to contribute to the balls being drawn at a certain time.
