Why this approach should be winning? Thanks for the kind words. Strange thing, just about everyone who flies on Commercial jets feels somewhat comfortable doing so, because the odds of encountering a life threating event during the flight is extremely rare. Funny how most people adhere to those facts with no complaints, yet when the 99.9 rule is written, it's a troll who follows threads to annoy. I agree with most of what you say here. However, there are certain things to look for when posting a winning ticket from online that proves it's legit. No one should be posting bank statements just to prove anything...that's just silly. If fraud is suspect and proven then no, it's not the final word. Lottery doesn't play sides, they follow the protocal of rules in place in the event such events occur.
