W. Va. woman wins 9th big lottery prize
people form cults i don't know what the hell for, like a cult is going to save you... Yet nobody is forming a cult of a lot of people to go after the lottery and the jackpots go to the most needed....Winning the lottery can save you.... If 6,000 people where to each contribute 200 dollars a month for 1 year and 4 month, they will all reached 20 million dollars...20 million at 5% is almost 950,000 dollars every year...They can use that money to go after Pick5 or Pick4....With predictors or

Maybe this could work: Just trying to help. LP could win Jackpots
You don't seem to understand how PB and MM jackpots are created or how state lotteries function. The cash payment is the amount of the jackpot after the lotteries have taken their cut so it's the players that are financing jackpots not the state lotteries. The reason there aren't generic mega jackpot games is because the players are buying PB and MM tickets. The lotteries are nothing more than bookies that handle the money and the jackpots are raised after they take out their percentage. Ther

Maybe this could work: Just trying to help. LP could win Jackpots
guys i apologize, the 5,760 jackpots will not be possible...Found a way how LP could win $350,000 Pick5 jackpots 6,000 of them but over a 10 year period not over 1 year with all 77,000 members spending 30 dollars a month... i apologize...Not everything is possible....

Maybe this could work: Just trying to help. LP could win Jackpots
on another subject, this is a thoretical plan...I also found a way using Plan A, how to make all 50,000 members have a 1 in 2 odds of winning 80,000 to 90,000 dollars by winning Pick4 but it will take 10 years...Again that's 1 in 2, is not 1 in 3 or 1 in 4, IS 1 in 2.... But let me rephrase it because you all probably thought wrong..You all probably thought i said that i found a way to make players have a 1 in 2 odds of winning Pick4...That's not what i meant...What i meant is that using Plan

Something stinks with Powerball
Complaining about this is silly. Powerball is paid over 30 years, MegaMillions over 25 years so of course MM has to put in more money into the front end to get to those advertised jackpots. Both annuities are from Treasury Bonds I believe and I'm not even going into how the annuity and especially the cash option is affected by T-Bill rates. Powerball has less overall potential players (but A LOT MORE states and other places that would want their cut) than MM but now with even worse odds an

Obama Admin. working on 90% tax on lottery?
People are already complaining about state lotteries' advertised jackpot value when the actual cash value is much less and now you're suggesting Congress is going to deduct 90% in Federal taxes. There are discussions about the effect of the high jackpot games like Powerball and Mega Millions on individual state lottos when the players made the decision to play for the higher jackpots. After your alleged 90% tax takes affect, a $50 million jackpot would make the cash value about $2.5 million a
