I spent about 2 seconds on a $2 quick pick! The only thing good about PA is that if you win the lottery ..... you don't have to pay state or local taxes on the winnings! I would try to make do with about $107 Million after Federal Tax! I woud go to the lottery headquarters right away and they would get name and town ..... NO MOE!
