I wrote a little program that looked up the draw set against the previous 1000 drawings. Testing the last 100 drawings I found that 46 of the 100 had not shown in the previous 1000 draws. The way I take this is that 46% of the time a person could remove all sets drawn in the previous 1000 drawings from play.
