Lawsuit alleges New York Lottery and Scientific Games infringed trademark
Hey KY, I think you need to re-learn what comprehension skills are and how they can help you present a good factual argument when the need arises! But so far you haven't a hope in the world in doing anything remotely close to that from what you have shown here in your writing above.
Below is what I copied and pasted form the article it's self.
Gameologist developed the lottery scratch-off game BLING BLINGTM (the Mark) and duly registered the Mark with the United States Patent and Trademark

Lottery Post member receives Distinguished Service Award
Todd, many thanks for giving this article the publicity that it truly deserves !
Verlon and I have talked a number of times since the incident occurred and it was a very frightening event even for someone as well trained as he and his shipmate are, I understand that all of the people involved were literally covered in blood and each had to undergo extensive testing to determine if anyone contracted AIDS or any other disease as a result, thankfully, all tests have now come back negative.

anyone thought of this:ScratchOffs Syndicate
I was reading this article about lottery winners sharing their secrets: http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com/news/10913133/detail.html#
And it had me thinking, I don't think anyone has thought of this..Why don't they do Scratch-Offs Sindicate/grouping...I think they would be better off instead of going after 170 million combinations/odds like Powerball MegaMillions..

NFL Players Buying Uniform Numbers
I'm putting this in Discusssions as it could fit Pick 5, 6, MM, PB, whatever you'd want to use it for.
Saw an article about players in the NFL buying unform numbers from other players when they go to another team.
These were the numbers:
10 17 21 26 30
One player paid another $38,000 to get 'his' number back. So I guess we could add 38 to the above.
You'll probably be seeing this part in the news soon- one player askedd another what he watned for his number and he said, Buy

A&E lottery show
I caught only four of the stories: The bowling buddies , The Gal who scratched the win for life, The kelloggs lady, and the guy who invested wayy too much in his classic car addiction.
May I say I identified most closely with the bowling buddies. They valued family and had a good sense of keeping there feet on the ground whilst enjoying the fruits of their win! They were sensible and economically thrifty :)
The kelloggs lady had me rollin when she asked for her ex-hubbys phone number! Over

Wisconsin factory workers win $208M Powerball lottery
Whoa! You read far too much into my small comments about how a person might chose to live. I am not so judgmental as to begin preaching about how a person has a duty to provide for college educations, straight teeth, a nice house, etc. As long as they don't ask my to support them, folks can live how they please, I say.
I am not aware of any press article that talks about how the NE lottery winners split their prizes. The press just does not cover that kind of detail. You could check it

Reverse Causation
Lottery Discussion gets a lot more views than Mystical so I'm intentionally putting this here so more people will see it.
Stumbled across this article on a website and it made me think about the possibillities of this affecting lotteries, even if they were just remote.
Some pretty heavy stuff....

Rip......
I don't have any evidence because I've never been given an opportunity to test It, considering the lotteries rotate their tubes. There was a time, I believe, when New York revealed their rotation schedule, but at that time I was in the beginning stages of studying the numbers, and didn't really make that an objective consideration.
I firmly believe that old saying is true. It's just a matter of time . More often than not, a tube full of balls ranging from 0 to 9 have to abide to

code breaking and the LOtto...
Some time ago I read an article about a south American lottery that used animals instead of numbers in their lottery to cater to people that were of lower education. Numbers, symbols, letters, or pictures, are no more than points of reference to something that has no point of reference.
Take time for instance, we know that time exists and passes but as to what reference? Time to us is no more than a point of reference created by man based on the rotation of the earth as to night and day and

Man charged with forging lottery ticket claims it was a joke
But, can we start spending the money, as soon as the Lottery officials write the check??
Good question, Libra! Before claiming my prize I would definitely give notice and move out of my apartment, but I'd need money to live on. Maybe that's why people always say to act normally, don't tell anyone, and keep your job, but I'd probably just use my Visa for a month. I always assumed it would be available a few days after the money was claimed, but I guess I was wrong. 4 to 6 weeks seems l
