Texas bill would prohibit sales to players attempting to buy all possible number combinations
calls into question how a retailer would define substantially all ticket combinations.
Do these clowns know anything about how the lottery works? I'm pretty sure none of the syndicates tried by sending dozens or hundreds of people to retailers with an (already obvious) shopping bag full of official bet slips. I've also got a crazy idea that, just maybe, some state agency has a computer with the ability to tracks ticket sales. Oh, wait, they already know that.
Triple tax them to 75 perce

Texas Lottery says NJ group tried to buy another Lotto Texas jackpot
Comes to mind a good example is Texas Cash 5.
It's played 6 nights a week and the jackpot is. Ever larger than $25000 whether it's won or not. And the state is liable for up to $75000.
I guess a better term would be a non-rollover game.
And thinking about the term group. I should be more clear using that as well. We're not talking work groups or a small party of friends spending $50 to $500.

Once this took effect, former director Gary Grief took a trip to California to woo a certain

$944 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot set to make holiday wishes come true
In 2010 undocumented immigrant Jose Antonia Cua-Toc purchased a winning lottery ticket in Georgia. The ticket was worth $750,000, but due to Cua-Toc s undocumented status he was concerned about claiming his winnings in fear that he would be deported back to Guatemala if found out or that he would not even be able to claim the winnings.
