The best way to increase your chances in Pick-3,4 and 5games is too select more than just the exact 3,4 or 5 numbers like the majority of players try to do.For example in the Pick-3/4 I would select 6-8 numbers and wheel them,for the Pick-5 I would select 10-15 numbers instead of just 5.As far as quick-picks are concerned they do work and so do systems and other methods provided the player knows how to use them.If your not good at selecting your own numbers then quick-picks would be your best be
