Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
I think so. My example is in Maryland they run as may as 5 practice runs per day, Why? so they can have 5 videos of drawings so they can choose the video that has the fewest winners. I was told the computer knows 10 minutes before drawing time when drawings is closed who the winners are. How is it possible when the drawing hasn't happened yet, simple because they can choose which video to release since they already know the numbers from the practice runs.
