Thanks for the replies -- I was wrong about one thing -- you can go back on the VA lottery website for press releases about big winners back to 2009 but no earlier. Yes, I will send in a FOIA request to the VA Lottery and see if that goes anywhere. And they do have a page where they briefly explain what a FOIA act request is and is not. Thank you vtburke! I love quick picks! I've tried all different kinds and the best ones in my experience are straight @ $1 x 4 or 5 at a time. I copy them 3 or 4 more straight and $1 boxed for both draws. I've trried .50 str x 8, $5 straight x 4 or 5, $1 boxed x 1 then 4 more str etc but what works for me is the $1 str then get more and 1 boxed. I've hit lots of times with that method. Maybe you want to try it sometime, they do work! It should be the $1 str kind b
