An individual who can beat a game like pick 3, statistically beyond just being lucky, is engaging in fraud. That's not a system (since all systems are worthless), that's a crime. Nah that's not the point. I'm looking at it from two different scales. One has more money to play higher games, and the small fish playing pick 3 gets to go?
