If there was a sure bet system and it was shared i figure the payout would be barely worth the price of a ticket as more money would be coming out in wins. I use Lottery Looper for my pick 4 games and i have a little strategy going which is seemingly paying off atm. It took awhile but i noticed a trend and again atm it's remaining fairly consistent.

I'm playing around with lottery looper atm from the guys that made lotto logic, it has a cool feature called (Explore Draws) where you can temporally remove the draw and add it back, you don't have to delete it as in lotwin as you mentioned Bob, simply add it back.

You also need the copy protected cd with the serial number. There are so many new lottery programs out there, I would say check them out. And you are way overseas so getting the cd to you would not work. Nothing to see here. Maybe Lotto Looper would work for you. cliff

I downloaded it and used it plus also read the manual. I am really lost on the range. I think the manual said to set it to 3 and go with that. There seem to be so many winners posting on the looper site like bought it and next day won this pile of cash. Yeah right , it takes time to learn how to use any lottery software. I wonder if there is a Jedi Knight who has Expert Lotto all wrapped up, every nook and cranny. I have not heard of any.
