Arkansas woman sentenced to 10 years in prison for stealing $250,000 in lottery tickets
10 years in prison seems excessive. Eddie Tipton ended up serving shy of five years. Store owner didn't catch it until two years later. I bet that emboldened Billie to keep doing it. Oh and I doubt they will see all of that restitution paid back.

Iowa Lottery commemorates 40th anniversary with throwback ticket from 1985
* Congrats Iowa! Eddie Tipton thought still thinks Iowa is heaven. Despite Justice showing up, he managed to slither he's way out of a 25 year sentence by serving only 5.

$167 million Powerball lottery winner arrested a THIRD TIME after burglarizing home for $12k
Maybe they should also investigate the Powerball win. You know he cheated. I refuse to believe Eddie Tipton is the only lottery cheat out there.

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
Tipton warned officials the software had a flaw in it, but they weren't overly concerned. https://www.lotterypost.com/news/319227

Would u pay for lottery numbers if its guaranteed for u to get numbers
When I saw this thread I assumed you were talking about an Eddie Tipton type of situation where he worked for the Lottery Corporation and was rigging the winning numbers using a software he wasn't supposed to be or something like that and that you were asking us if we would pay someone that we know is rigging the winning numbers and I thought, No, that's sketchy and will most likely land both us and the lottery rigger in prison. Your actual question asking us if we want to pay you for your lotte

UK couple wins £1 million National Lottery prize for the second time
They should be investigated, sounds a lot like an Eddie Tipton scheme. There's absolutely no way this could happen without cheating because I ran a 5/39 lotto simulator on my PC and it look 748 billion years to get a hitter. We simulated buying 10 draws per day.

$167 million Powerball lottery winner arrested a THIRD TIME after burglarizing home for $12k
This guy is obviously not even in the same league as Eddie Tipton. He doesn't come across as that nor deserve credit for that. And I'm sure the lottery authorities always do their due diligence before paying out.

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
I ran the test on all 17,000 draws And two lottery employees were caught cheating ONE time. Maybe not the best logic, but Eddie Tipton created RNG outcomes several times. So it's a fact the outcomes of both live ball and RNG drawings can be manipulated and known before the drawing. Perry was caught because bookies found out the fix was in.

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Someone giving you alleged future winning numbers is meaningless since in reality, no one will ever know what numbers will win unless there is Eddie Tipton type fraud. If you play numbers someone gives you and you buy the ticket with no promises, the $ is yours. No one can claim a set of numbers belonged to them alone. And as Brock Lee said, no fraud.

Minnesota Lottery adds age verification to vending machines
Same thing with alcohol, there are people willing to buy it for you. The thing with alcohol is that you don't need to redeem it to drink it . Now, when that minor who bought a ticket wins the jackpot or whoever the minor sends in the store, then the guys back at lottery security check the cameras to make sure that the ticket holder is the actual winner and not a friend of Eddie Tipton, suddenly mom and dad are not the person on the frame and then the whole shenanigans begin and everyone
