Prolly would be few if any complaints if a retailer cheats a winner, the winner wouldnt know. I mentioned before that in TX when a winning ticket is scanned there is a chime. I would tink most if not all states lottery terminals do the same now days.

The ticket was sold close to the cut off time. So what? Your chances of winning have nothing to do with the timestamp on the ticket. They're all the same. The winning ticket was from Kentucky, and Kentucky hasn't had a winner in a long time. So what? Shouldn't it be the opposite, that they're due for a winner?
