Just to backtest so we can just see how many days we can play and check off of one list.
On Friday night I ran a system and got these numbers
12, 14, 16, 17, 19, 24, 26, 27, 29, 46, 47, 49, 67, 69, 79
So starting Saturday midday 24 dropped, then Saturday evening 69 dropped, Sunday evening 29 dropped , Monday midday 69 dropped, Monday evening 49 dropped, Tuesday morning 17 dropped so the list now looks like this if someone wants to keep trying this list for elimination

Why Is an Optimal Powerball Strategy Possible?
Hey everyone,
I ve been pondering an interesting question: Why hasn t anyone created a widely recognized system for playing Powerball, Mega Millions, or similar lotteries? The odds seem astronomical 1 in 292,201,338 for Powerball but when you think about it, the problem might not be as unsolvable as it seems. In fact, there s reason to believe that with the right approach, an optimal strategy is entirely possible. Here s the essence of what I mean:

Judge temporarily halts Texas Lottery ban on courier, hints courier "will likely prevail"
Court orders Texas Lottery to hold off on enacting its new policies
By Kate Northrop
A Travis County judge has issued a ruling that the Texas Lottery is temporarily prohibited from taking any action against a courier service company.
A court ruling has temporarily pumped the brakes on a Texas Lottery rule change that takes aim at lottery courier services.
Last week, the Texas Lottery Commission (TLC) formally voted to approve a policy change that effectively bans lottery couriers

I believe that the best reference point is the expectancy rather than the median. We are definitely starting simple and keeping it to the pick 3 games.
The data set representing a lottery draw is known as a discrete uniform distribution. Discrete because the choices for each position are a closed set of 0 through 9 and uniform because every number has the same chance of being drawn at any time. Given this, the expectancy of any digit is 10%.

LETS START OUR OWN GAME OF PICK 3&4
This, particularly the Chi-square test for randomness I have done with each data set that I have, from pick 2 through pick 5 in Pennsylvania... all fail, but not by much.
I ran them in both Python and using R Studio (the absolute Lamborghini of the stats programs... and it is open source free for anyone) and the results were the same. All game draw histories failed, but by tenths of a percent...
To be fair, I cleaned my data by eliminating any of their double draw promotional results (2

Ok thanks
Do you just track if the entire sets have hit and if not play them?
or is there more methodology besides just playing the sets?
for example in the results I received after looking up the sets this month of draws..
