Louisiana House introduces bill that would legalize online lottery ticket sales
Physically wrote a letter to IGT in RI which covers KY about their updated website which is fine.
Don't know which games you're playing or looking at, but simply logging into the Kentucky Lottery Online site from a PC is terrible. Nothing worse that watching the Keno numbers I want to play being drawn while I'm waiting five minutes for location verification. Occasionally just before a drawing, the screen refreshes without even showing the results. Get logged off when go to the past results

Louisiana House introduces bill that would legalize online lottery ticket sales
This is great news for Louisiana players. Giving players the convenience of playing on line is a great idea. I still do brick and mortar. Physically wrote a letter to IGT in RI which covers KY about their updated website which is fine. The problem is with the phone app and how even if you log out, most times it'll forget all your log-in information (email/password/biometrics which is optional).
On some of the sports betting advertisements they'll list the states where it is available. I

South Dakota launches mobile lottery ticket cashing for some prizes of up to $5,000
Interesting. When it all started with the computer I won about $500 on Keno. Sent a request to IGT to have the $$$ deposited into my account. It didn't work. So the lady in RI, with me on the line, had to call Chicago to get the glitch fixed and finally they did.
Nowadays just don't bother depositing money into my account. I just go to the store. I think I was deflated because I knew I owed thousands to the IRS this year. Had my tax preparer put in to take the money out the next day and the

South Dakota launches mobile lottery ticket cashing for some prizes of up to $5,000
Interesting. Just thinking of KY phone App. You can scan the tickets, but they don't have the option like on the IGT machine to Add Funds.
OTOH we have many stores where you can cash up to $5K and several throughout the state that you can cash up to $25K. The big guys though still requires a trip to Main St. in Louisville, KY.
Maybe next will be on line purchases? Waiting to see if NY does that. My perception is once they have that phone app next thing is on line. Like I said before when

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
The first draw in Texas was November, 1992. Without searching, I'm guessing third party couriers didn't come along until much later.
But the whole mess is a bit on the farfetched side.
Consider Draft Kings owns Jackpocket. Jackpocket owns Lottery.com.
Jackpocket operates out of Winner's Circle. Since Texas law requires lottery retailers to offer a product other than lottery tickets somebody, somewhere decided Winners Circle would offer scratch-offs to get around that requirement. An

West Virginia Lottery launches online ticket sales
Congratulations to WV players. Imagine that, sitting in your easy chair while it is storming outside and playing the lottery.
Kind of shocked me with the headline though.
Seriously, will look at my few shares of IGT to see what they're up to!

Massachusetts Lottery announces online ticket sales coming in 2025
Just woke up from a nap @ the computer and was genuinely shocked by this news!
So who would the vendors be? IGT or Scientific Games? In any case this is a win win for everyone.
So out of the loop for home state politics didn't know they had a female Governor until yesterday, for what this is worth.

Texas Lottery
I really don't want to see it max, maybe just max it at 25% cash value for online, third party and app sales? Everybody should't be punished for a few people who can't follow or enforce the rules
The Texas Scorecard news site has done several articles on it. The latest is one is about the lawsuit filed by Dawn Nettles and a class of players against IGT, the former lottery director, and a lottery site for fraud. No, the lottery site is not Lottery Post
Apparently the lottery site placed

Texas Lottery says NJ group tried to buy another Lotto Texas jackpot
I appreciate that you are earnest about this, but it is not correct to say that banning courier services has any impact on buying groups whatsoever. That was made very clear in an earlier story we published, in which we outlined how a buying group purchased a Virginia Lottery jackpot without any courier services operating in the state at all.
The worst mistake is to bluntly apply bans and such. This entire thing required an exact scalpel to fix the issue of purchasing groups, not the sledgeh

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
Are you in Texas?
Have you been following anything Todd or Kate have written?
Are you aware that Pete Sullivan, from Draft Kings testified that groups watch and target lotteries once the payout is larger than the permutations of the game? And that additional steps limiting the number of terminals and the number of tickets sold by any terminal has been instituted?
Did you know that Texas lottery Commission prohibited third party couriers service as of last Monday?
Are you aware th
