Michigan is rigged. Most of the big winners come from the same side of the state, near the Detroit area. Since it happens so frequently, I renamed the lottery to Wayne County Lottery. The population size is always cited as to why the majority of winners come from there. Yeah, okay!

Why would they want a jackpot to roll without a winner? Just for fun? They're salaried employees so there's no financial incentive. If they're going to cheat, they'll do it Eddie Tipton style and buy tickets with numbers the rigged RNG will pick. Trying to game the thing not to pick someone else's numbers is more complicated.

He definitely loves the negative attention. But since he has made these paranoid claims a million times over, he either really believes the lottery is stalking him or it is a severe personality disorder. When someone says the same thing over and over, it often becomes their truth. The handful of people who scream about the lottery being rigged, share a number of traits that 98% of LP members do not display.

Drawings being delayed
So my question is if all these states use digital drawings why are there so many delays? Why are cost going up? Thought computers offered secure drawings and why so many tests drawings before an actual drawing plus why does it take so long to verify said drawings when it's already secured? I'm confused.
