classic questions on lottery forums
Studying past draws is a waste of time. Each drawing is an independent random event. The only way to increase the probability of winning is to buy more tickets. It is true that each drawing is an independent random event. Since I mostly play the pick 3, it is also independent by position. Also, more tickets is the only way to change the odds. But I am frugal so I would rather pick 1 combo than 10 or more, as the draw will still be from 1,000 combinations regardless of how many would be

I'm done playing the lottery
I lied. THIS will be my last post about working for IBM! I decided to write it because of what I think will be some GREAT laughs. Hang in there while reading it because it will be lengthy. I worked for IBM for more than 30 years, most of which I spent working in and around IBM's massive data centers in New York. One raised floor I worked on was 100,000 square feet. (That's more than 2 acres) In that data center IBM had every kind of hardware and software you could possibly think of. There we

New play methodology
Playing all the numbers does improve chances for winning, particularly bigger prizes. I used to play 24 number groups. My biggest problem was that the groups of 24 were missing numbers well too often for my comfort. In order to spread the risk I even played 5 different groups at the same time. The statistical hit rate for 24 numbers is 3.43. I only played systems that exceeded this average. My budget limit was $30 per play which forced me to allocate only 6 lines per group. These tiny wheels

Thanks for checking my chart, Jin. I made the adjustment to the 999 to Sum Code 2, from 4. I personally think dividing up the 27 Sums into 5 smaller groups is genius, and watching their behavior in the rotation is key, which I know you are trying to relay here, its just not translating well. I know you said you are trying to out smart the Ohio Lottery, but I think their own computers systems know exactly what has been wagered on that they can check at any time of the day, anytime they want.

Firewalls and ad-blocking software
These days there are many different choices consumers can make about protecting their computers from viruses, spammers, hackers, etc. Popular packages include Norton, Microsoft OneCare, McAfee, Zone Alarm, Kaspersky, and Avast, to name just a few. While much of the protection is essential, the default settings are often overly-restrictive, and block things that you would not necessarily want to block, if given the choice. Internet security software often is set to monitor all Internet traf

EXCLUSIVE: Weeks-long computerized draw error prevented many DC Lottery tickets from winning a prize
Certain combinations had no chance of winning for three weeks By Kate Northrop Following independent observations by Lottery Post members of an unlikely statistical anomaly in Washington, D.C. draw outcomes, the DC Lottery identified a software problem that meant certain combinations had no shot at winning prizes in three games. The DC Lottery has implemented a fix for a coding error that prevented some tickets from winning in three of its local draw games for three weeks. After

First things first. I'm impressed with your stand on using this Sum Code technique to arrive at combos to play ,especially with all the push back you get on this thread about it. It's very impressive indeed. Please know that once or twice a week I really do try to dive into your system, because I like the idea that this system relies on the SUMS . The word SUM actually lives inside the word NUMBERS . The two words MEN USE are also hiding in the word NUMBERS . So I like anything to do with Sums.

Windows 98 and Window ME: Getting the best possible experience
Windows 98 and Window ME are such old operating systems that Microsoft stopped all support and security patches for them years ago. Nevertheless, there are still a good number of computers out there using one of those operating systems, usually because the computer is many years old, and because it still functions, its owner continues to use it. If you are the user of Windows 98 or Window ME, you have no doubt seen one of the Upgrade your browser banners at the top of the page as you brows
