How do aliens deal with lotteries?
A guy won the Lottery, but he was an Illegal Alien or something like that and he asked his Cousin who is an American Citizen to claim the lottery ticket for him as a favor. She cashed in the ticket for him, but gave him less than HALF of the winnings, think he won like 10 Million AFTER taxes and she was like, Here is the lump sum payment of 3 Million, you're truly a lucky winner and tried to pocket the 7 Million for herself. He sued her for theft. :/

Writing checks when you know you do not have the money to cover it is theft. A reasonable $35 bounced check fee is reasonable and not predatory.
The truth speaks for itself!
To her, banks stealing over 6 BILLION DOLLARS each year from it's customers is not theft and preying on low income families and minorities with overdraft fees is not predatory!

Florida bill would enhance criminal penalties for lottery retailer theft and fraud
One potential update involves expanding the law to allow sworn law enforcement officers employed by the Lottery's Division of Security to purchase lottery tickets and present them to retailers to claim a prize when it is necessary for undercover duties
Are they morons? Losing tickets are useless for enforcement purposes, most tickets are losers, and they'll have to pay retailers a commission on every ticket, so why buy regular tickets from retailers? If they want to check to see if retailer

Not to belabor the point, and replying to one's reply to a previous post is definitely a bit tacky, I want to share some additional details of how DEI and Celebrating Diversity bit IBM squarely in the behind. That said, I'm NOT going to refer to the salacious/racy goings on that I wrote about in my previous post.
I'd rather flesh out the theft of high dollar mainframe computer parts being sold by IBM employees on the Black Market. I personally knew two of the members of the six member ring t

The moron does not know our government and country was not set up as a democracy and allowing the country to vote on every trivial issue would be impossible and would bring the country to a standstill. No country functions in that manner. We are a representative democracy and one learns that in grade school. Three branches of government are noted in the US Constitution.

NY Dream Team 2024
My brother... I'm playing both of our 706 and 209 both draws until one returns back to the concrete jungle.
Think I'm gonna contact the Southern District to add both 706 / 209 to the soon corrupt Adams regime chain gang and demand they both get charged with embezzlement cause the theft at this rate knowing most NYers are playing both daily and heavy is a robbery needing to be investigated
