Interesting Lottery Article
I found an interesting article that describes what to do if you win the lottery. Also, it has several rules on how to play lotteries. Whether or not you agree with the rules, they are interesting to think about.Find it here: http://www.note.com/note/pp/jackpot.html-Todd

649 formula
Again, I usually ignore your postings as wasted hot air. But that comment is interesting because of how it reflects on you.
Referring to http://alum.mit.edu/pages/sliceofmit/2012/08/14/winning-the-lottery, the article says exactly what I have been saying all along, namely: the only way to improve your odds is to purchase more tickets (lines). And the tickets should have the maximum number of unique sub-combinations. I'm sure that is all the group in the article did.
The article states: ``T

'Lucky guy' sells ticket that wins half of $42 mllion Lotto jackpot
Just thought people might want to see part of the article. Read the last paragraph and keep in mind that this is an article about how 2 lucky winners shared a $44 million jackpot. First the store is contacted and there is an article about how lucky the store clerk has been. Then there is another article about how lucky the winner is to receive another check, since the jackpot was larger than estimated. So why write this? As I said, I really believe this newspaper has way too much blank spac

$731.1 million Powerball jackpot claimed by anonymous group in Maryland
OMG- Unfriggin real. I think we all understand that a single ticket can have multiple plays (individual games) on it; how many words are needed to state that? My curiosity was heightened based upon the actual words in the article, which I interpreted to indicate that it was a single ticket with a single game but was claimed by a group which I thought odd for a group play (especially for a $731 million jackpot). Some obviously pushed back on that simple deduction. As a result, I took it a little

Interesting article in Nov. 2017 Money
The Nov. 2017 issue of Money had an article about Powerball. Most of what was in the article were topics already discussed on LP but the last item was a little different.
That part was about bankruptcies of neighbors of jackpot winners. It mentioned that when jackpot winners male purchases of things they previously couldn't afford, the neighbors do the same, despite mot having won a jackpot.
I'm sure that's not exclusive to powerball jackpots.

Looking for Anonymous / Investment Article
I read a great long article on Lottery Post a couple of months ago that talked about remaining anonymous and where to invest some of the money.
I think the investments were in 4 different countries treasury bonds.
I can't remember if it was a Lottery post member that wrote it.
If anyone know what article I'm talking about please provide the link. Thanks.

We have 6 Internet Cafes in Ohio
The article I gave a link to was from a Cleveland Community, quoted Ohio law, and the part in yellow was a quote from the article. But owners are prohibited from awarding cash jackpots or prizes worth more than $10, rules that threaten to choke an industry casino operators and other critics say is a facade for illegal gambling. The article mentions a player apparently illegally winning $1600 and quotes the Ohio Attorney General saying they all should be closed down.
And it's Legal.

Store owner guilty of stealing lottery ticket, claiming it as his own
The article here is a pretty lousy one. There's an article that explains a bit more of the story here:
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5hvlGsTtG6NFOC07S9oS1ZBs3Iw0AD9CCOM0G0
It clears up most of what was asked here, but doesn't say anything about why the investigator didn't figure it out quickly. Two of the members knew the jackpot had been claimed, so you'd think the first order of business would have been to go to the lottery and find out who claimed the prize. The artic
