I'll pass on the new Mega Millions at $5 a pop. I'll take the $4 a week I play on MM and buy more CA Superlotto instead. Much lower jackpots for sure, but way lower odds and still a few million bucks won is plenty for me. AND my losing tickets can be entered in the second chance drawing, which is something I have won once back in the old Big Spin days.

Good luck with that purchase JS...Spend the extra on your state games or the PB. I am right there with you on folks spending less and a $2B+ jackpot. I want to see the MM leadership keep their promise with Jackpots starting at $50 Million. They couldn't keep their promise on the current rules restart of $40 Million. Think they will this time ?

The price increase is crazy. My 5 lines cost me $10 today will be $25 dollars a draw post change. Either people will spend more (doubt it) or less which means less combinations sold per draw which means longer times between draws and larger jackpots. I think we will see 2-3 wins per year but $2+billion

The lottery is not rigged. There are countless people who win the lottery on a daily basis in every state that has the lottery. The media only report on those people who win enormous jackpots. For all you conspiracy theorist out there, you think the lottery is rigged. A solution to your problem is, don't play since you think it is rigged. Playing the lottery is NOT a requirement in life.

We may need to boycott the TX lottery until they change the law so that it only applies to games with jackpots that increase over time. Making it illegal for people to play non-jackpot games like the Pick 3/4 games through couriers is the wrong move because it has nothing to do with the problem that the law is trying to prevent which is buying jackpots. Players want to use couriers to buy Pick 3/4 tickets because it's super convenient. If we are able or feel like going to a store

We have our own Powerball game here in Australia but our jackpots are not massive like your Poweball. Also, ours is a 7/35 + 1/20 game, so a little easier to win a prize too!
