Missouri will allow lottery winners to remain anonymous
The similarity is state legislators can create laws on how lottery winners and college athletes' likeness and images are use in their state
There's absolutely nothing new about that, and no connection to the court ruling. The entire reason that lotteries have been using winners to promote the games is because state legislators wrote laws that either specifically allowed it or that the lotteries interpreted as requiring them to release the names of winners. Veterans shut out of Illinois vaccine lottery
Vaccines per se are not covered by HIPAA regulations from what this former healthcare worker was told. Now if someone were to release private medical information, then that is a HIPAA violation, punishable by a $250K fine/10 years in the Federal prison system. My employer didn't do this to employees though, they were fired. One case that cost lots of jobs was this patient we had. Family killed by a tornado and I won't disclose about the child, BUT folks in our hospital and Sister hospitals were

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Just taking a moment to highlight an old $30 game - perhaps hope that one day we'll see a high denomination game or two that is more than number matches??! (ok, not counting crosswords, lol)
Here's the numbers on $30 game 730...probably one of the best overall $30 game odds but tough release timing...looks like sales ended with a lot remaining (can anyone say Great Depression ?!!).
