Welfare & Jackpot Lottery Winners
I see so much welfare abuse ... Go to casinos and see the visa / credit/ debit $$ get withdrawn from the free $$ bank... There are people that live in other countries that make one trip a year to the states to make their appointment then to bank machine to w/d their yearly funds then jet back to where they come from... If the govt would make a person come in pick up their free $$ monthly using their fingerprint every state would see less fraud.. If you win lottery $$ then you should have to pay

Post your scratch ticket results
lol Stormiela! I hate when the machine jams and the ticket you wanted does not come out. I've never been ripped off yet, it doesn't take from the
amount in the machine. It just makes that noise where you know your possible BIG winner isn't coming out. And forget about asking the person
behind the counter....usually they just look at you like: Well, what can I do about it?
Good luck with PB!

$5 Diamond Crossword ticket 029- loser (guess this one isn't going to give me any nice wins like the previous $5 Crossword did)
$5 50,000 Jackpot ticket 023- loser (the lottery machine broke down after I made my selection on this one. Had to wait for the manager to come and fix it. and he didn't even know what was wrong and had to call someone else. Should have just asked for my $5 back and left. wasn't even worth the time and effort.

Iowa Lottery to give away millions from jackpot mystery
I may be wrong, but I believe that every participating state (MUSL), gets a percentage only of the gross lottery ticket sales. Millions need to earmarked
for lottery overhead to run the nationwide machine of printing tickets, advertising, paying lottery officials and employees. So that $2.6 million share for
Iowa may be correct, but then you have to back out those calculated expenses. Just my theory. Anyone out there work for the lottery.

"Your Methodology Of Purchasing Instant Scratch Tickets"
Do you really have much choice when buying scratchers? By that I mean if you're buying them at the counter you can't ask for the fifth ticket in the roll, and from a machine you're going to get the next one on the roll also.
My wife constantly buys $1 and $2 tickets and as a store manager said, You play dollars, you win dollars . I think a person would be better off buying a $5 or $10 scratchers and taking a couple of days to scratch them.
One thing I have noticed, for Illinois anway, is t

I agree that I can scratch the play area numbers and know if I have a winner or loser almost instantly. If you have 2-3 matching end #'s, you might as well throw it. seeing a 12-22-32 or anything like that means loser. I get excited when i look at the play area and don't see anything like that, but then it still loses.lol I agree with AJ. Winner Take All was hot. I didnt know from experience, but the store owner told me and showed me his wins he sold. Also like Dr mentioned if you need 12, they

$14.3 million Hot Lotto prize claim withdrawn
I'm certain that this is the case. I thought about all the reasons possible for why somebody with the actual verified winning ticket would just drop their claim and this one seemed to be the most valid. Here in Florida when you bring in tickets for the person at the counter to check they insert it into their terminal if it's not a winner it prints it in big bold letters across 3/4 of the ticket NOT A WINNER and if it was a winner it comes out with nothing and the ticket printer which is a small

Vermont Lottery offers new self-service machines
From experience, the WinStations work quite well. I've used my existing playslips in the machine and only had to re-mark one box on all of the ones I used, and that's pretty good considering the new playslips that Vermont uses; you need only mark an X in the box instead of filling it in like most other machines because their regular terminals use a camera to scan them instead of an old-school reader.
Checking tickets is a breeze; scan once to check, twice to redeem for credit. I'm not sure if

Iowa Lottery security chief bent on determining identity of jackpot winner
THIS JUST IN!!!. The Iowa Lottery Commission became suspicious of Steve Bogle and hired a secret covert P.I. to track down his activities.
Turns out Bogle is the lone culprit who actually purchased the winning ticket.
In further developments, Bogle was caught trying to escape into a crude recently invented time machine. Bogle confessed this was an effort to go back to the moment he had purchased the ticket, and substitute a friend who had no connection with the lottery to actually buy
