Massachusetts Senate weighing plan to give Lottery 'broad mandate' for online games
If the Massachusetts State Lottery is to continue to thrive and return hundreds of millions of dollars to cities and towns, it must have the ability to move online in some fashion, its executive director said, but it first needs permission from the Legislature to test the World Wide Web's waters.
It's critical to the Lottery's future ability to produce revenue that we're allowed to engage clearly changing technology and, to me, what is a very strong change in the commerce pattern that consum

pick-4 test
Adobea78
I posted these for their straight hits but from winsums post they don't show advantage when applied to
several states as some had no hits at all. I generated another list of 576 lines which does around 3x better
overall but I can't see any real value in a list that size for a pick-4 game. The program is part of a pre-draw
tool I had hoped would reduce any matrix down to a fraction of it's original size and still maintain a large
percentage of prizes which it seems to do q

The secret to winning lottery with Scratch off's
I have some input on the theories posted here
First of all, I do not believe winning the lottery is fate.
You can't play if you don't win and if you buy more tickets you stand more of a chance to win.
It can only take $1 but if you play more your odds are better. It's about spending an amount
your comfortable with losing and understanding that on the whole these games are designed to
be profitable. That means some will win, but many more will lose and more money wi

Quebec bill would force Internet firms to block access to online gambling sites
A little-publicized bill that is making its way through Quebec's legislative process has digital-law experts and others worried that the concept of a free and open Internet is being threatened in the province.
Bill 74 includes a provision that seeks to force Internet service providers to block Quebecers' access to online gambling sites that aren't approved by the government.
The province's finance minister says the bill is necessary to protect the health and safety of Quebecers because ill

Oregon man wins largest Keno 8-Spot prize ever
More than three months after hitting the winning numbers, a Springfield, Oregon, man has claimed a record-breaking Keno win of more than $300,000.
Bruce Buckley of Springfield purchased a single $2 Keno ticket on December 11, 2015 after turning in some bottles. That $2 ticket was worth $300,246.50 and was the highest Keno 8-spot win in Oregon Lottery history, Oregon Lottery said Monday.
I saw that the Keno 8-Spot jackpot was more than $50,000 and figured I would just buy one ticket, Buckl

No $50K bonus for Washington retailer who sold winning lottery ticket
If you're Nirbhai Singh, 36, who started out delivering for Pizza Hut and now owns a couple of 7-Elevens, what else can you do but be philosophical about losing out on $50,000?
It was his West Seattle store at 9200 35th Ave. S.W. that sold the winning $157 million ticket in Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot.
The winner has yet to come forward.
As for Singh, whom everybody calls Sonny, until last year his store would have gotten a $50,000 bonus for selling a winning Powerball or Mega Milli

Arizona AG begins investigation of former Lottery director
The former Arizona Lottery director, who abruptly resigned last month following allegations of mismanagement of the agency, is under investigation by the Attorney General Mark Brnovich's office.
Tony Bouie, who Gov. Doug Ducey appointed to the post early on in his administration, has adamantly denied wrongdoing, saying last month, There is much more to this story than is being told. I have followed the rules that I was trained on, Lottery Post reported.
A spokesman for Brnovich confirmed t
