Arizona AG begins investigation of former Lottery director
The former Arizona Lottery director, who abruptly resigned last month following allegations of mismanagement of the agency, is under investigation by the Attorney General Mark Brnovich's office.
Tony Bouie, who Gov. Doug Ducey appointed to the post early on in his administration, has adamantly denied wrongdoing, saying last month, There is much more to this story than is being told. I have followed the rules that I was trained on, Lottery Post reported.
A spokesman for Brnovich confirmed t

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
Hi all
Adam sent me a email asking me to explain my analysis and I decided to post a little more about
what I mean by looking for breakpoints. I start by printing out the S-C list and then I take the
last value that showed, top value in each column. I then circle the runs of that value so that it
makes them easy to see. Below I have highlighted the values as it shows up better than my
hand workout scan.
A break point is anytime the value changes, The runs are the number of ti

The lottery game that has been played in one form or another for more than 20 years is being dropped after a fall in popularity, according to lottery officials.
Wild Card 2 offers two plays for $1. It got its start in 1994 as Tri-West Lotto and was offered only in Idaho, Montana and South Dakota. In 1998, i

$700 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot raised just hours after initial estimate
By Todd Northrop
Well, that was quick.
Less than 12 hours after the initial estimate for Saturday's Powerball jackpot was set early this morning, the already record-breaking grand prize has now increased to an estimated $700 million.
The jackpot's estimated cash value has also been increased to $428.4 million.
Saturday's jackpot will be the largest jackpot of any U.S. lottery game on record. This is truly exciting and uncharted territory, said Gary Grief, executive director of the T

Filter 2 is a line optimizer and was intended as a automated last step when playing straight lexie
values such as setting the first 4 values and letting the last 2 run wild. In this type of setup the
program will reduce to the fewest lines possible and guarantee at least one 4of5, 5of6 etc.. If
the lines are generated with split digits then it takes many more lines to cover.
Any correct lexie digit setup will produce a JP but the filter-2 option will be less effective in redu

Here are some information about parameters used in the settings. Found on Wikipedia.
Network Parameters - Wikipedia
Network Parameters
There are a number of different parameters that must be decided upon when designing a neural network. Among these parameters are the number of layers, the number of neurons per layer, the number of training iterations, et cetera. Some of the more important parameters in terms of training and network capacity are the number of hidden neurons, the learning

RL Digit Master Pro - Pick 3 & Pick 4 Program DMP-DG1
Hi all
I have been working on a s/c wheel and so far having mixed results. The wheel offers a bias search
and allows the user 3 options, W=wild, C=change and S=same. The wheel makes all the conversions
so it's very easy to use. I was amazed as to how few lines are generated even when setting a few
to wild but so far it's not helping improve my choices. I played 12 lines last night and hit a 4 pairs +
one other digits but all in all a total loss, no second level prizes with daily g

Deal struck, Illinois Lottery winners to be paid
Republican Gov. Bruce Rauner and House Democrats on Wednesday struck a rare agreement, compromising on a plan to release more than $3.1 billion to pay Illinois Lottery winners and help cities and towns operate 911 centers, plow roads and train firefighters.
Normally, municipalities receive a share of gas tax, 911 surcharge and gambling revenue to help prop up day-to-day operations, but those dollars have been on hold due to the state budget impasse. Legislation passed 107-1 by the House would
