I'm re-posting this because it raises a very important question which is the #1 reason I think players don't like the pre-tests. If the same number comes up 5 times in the same position during the pre-tests, why do the lottery officials change the ball set? There are two answers to this question. 1) They think someone tampered with the balls or machines in some way like what happened in Pa. Friday, December 20, 2013 Congratulations to yesterday s winners in the state of North Carolina, who hit my Hot Pick-3 of the day (2-7-3). It fell in the evening game as (7-2-3). For those members playing ON-LINE, the (2-7-3) Box for all state games, the cost of play was $10.50. Winnings came to $37.50 for a net profit of $27.00.
