COMPUTERIZED DRAWING GLITCH STRIKES ARIZONA LOTTERY
The players that do not save their tickets will be irked they have no compensation for the lying, cheats mistakes.
AZ might want to set a few things 'right' with the players who are crying foul and fraud. Would it be in AZ's best
interest to 'make it up' to them? The computer drawing is a controlled drawing, by no means random. If they
are looking to bring back the integrity *cough* of the game (or show the folks the games are back to normal)
can't they do a few programming changes t

Should a winning system be posted on the LP?
Stack47,
After all your sidestepping and hedging above, you still haven't addressed the fact that JKING wanted us to BELIEVE that a lottery official intimated something regarding Winning Systems. As long as you refuse to discuss your credentials, it can only be assumed you have something to hide.
You asked, Do you believe pre-drawing test effect drawings designed to be random?
Computerized Draws:
My very first post at LP addressed the issue of the seeding of pseudorandom num

Baltimore man, 81, loses his home after falling for lottery scam
Congratulations on joining, JoeCanWin. We members have a lot to write, some is accurate and some hasn't been triple checked for accuracy before being typed.
The main ideas, for someone newly committed to playing the two largest, multi-state on-line lottery games here in the good 'ole U. S. of A. are:
- Don't spend more than $45/month to participate in 1 row, for every drawing;
- Allow two weeks to pass before submitting your claim form with your winning lottery jackpot ticket, allow up

Do some number combinations have better odds?

I think I still have the picture of me standing beside the space shuttle Columbia
just after mission STS1, it does not mean that I was the pilot. Just asking but what
did you do in that room filled with computers? I remember in the early 80's when
the Air Force computerized it's bench stock to eliminate fraud. No more $400.00
toilet sets and $600.00 hammers. I was part of that team which was partnered
with Wang. We also had room sized mainframes with tape drives, I think

Online poker sites settle U.S. lawsuit for $731 million
The Department of Justice announced a $731 million settlement Tuesday with online poker companies PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker to resolve bank fraud and money laundering allegations.
Full Tilt also resolved allegations that it operated a Ponzi scheme, failing to maintain sufficient funds on deposit for players to withdraw. Prosecutors said last year that Full Tilt had used more than $400 million worth of player funds to pay board members and other owners since 2007.
As part of Tuesday's

Ark. Lottery Commission denies tampering claim
The Arkansas Lottery Commission is denying allegations that it deliberately sold unsecure tickets that had a design defect that could easily lead to potential tampering.
Assistant Attorney General Mark Ohrenberger submitted the statements Friday in legal papers in response to a lawsuit filed by a Little Rock man who claims he bought two $20 Arkansas Millionaires Club tickets that had been damaged.
State officials also disputed claims that the agency deliberately allowed flawed tickets to r

NY lottery winner charged with welfare fraud
sully, I agree with you, it is a very big mess.
I'm all for cracking down on the program blood-suckers that bleed the system dry with their wants vs. the people who need. Innocent, truly needy people
suffer in more ways than obvious due to the filth that are sapping the system. They suffer with needless investigations just so some higher up can say
they're doing their job, they suffer cuts or expulsion due to tougher laws that were put into place so someone could receive kudo's for a wo

Illinois to become first state to allow online lottery sales
A Justice Department opinion issued last year cleared the way. It said the Wire Act of 1961, which bars wagering over telecommunication systems across state or national boundaries, applies only to sports betting.
At least 21 states and the District of Columbia are considering online lottery sales or other wagering such as poker, says Frank Fahrenkopf, president of the American Gaming Association, which represents commercial casinos.
New York and several other states sell lottery subscripti
