how to handle this?
Thanks all. I had picked 354, and got 354. Back pair gets $5. I'm glad that wasn't one of the ones she messed up. I filled out the slip but their machine wasn't working so she had to enter it in manually, and messed it up. When the wind dies down we're going to go talk to the manager. The lady that messed things up is usually really nice, but just kind of... not so bright. I wanted to let it go, but the fact that the machine will let you put two of the same number on a ticket needs to be com

lottery machines going down during a storm?
The machines at Ralphies in Toledo used to go out during storms all the time. They said it was a problem with their satellite dish. I'm not sure if it has been fixed yet, because I haven't been there recently. It was like torture to go in for dinner and some Keno only to have their machine go down. You could still see the Keno drawings on the TV. Nothing like seeing that your numbers are hot, and not being able to buy a ticket! I started going to Frickers or Sidelines for dinner/Keno/lotte

New lottery self serving lottery machines
Every states seems to have their own system for Automatic Machine. For Instance in New Hampshire, they have almost all the existing systems available. They have the regular retailer computer system. They have small self-service QP behind the counter machine. They have the regular self-service machine that sells Powerball, Megamillions, Tristate-Megabucks and Hot Lotto QP NO PICK 3/4 QP option, but it does take Pick 3/4 slip and they also got the scratch-off machine. In Vermont there's no automat

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Here's one for ya. I just ran out and bought 3 dollars QP tonite's SM. The kid running the lotto machine says; Do you want three separate tickets, or is just one OK?' I said; What difference does that make? The kid says; I dunno, but some people are real picky when it comes to how they take their lottery tickets. They never win, so I guess it doesnt matter, but they want 'em how they want 'em, and that's how they want 'em. So, are any of you guys that picky, or is just one ticke

Wat's the best printer to print play slips
The store gets some money for every lottery ticket that they sell, so it is unlikely that they would mind your buying hundreds of combinations each month, no matter how you fill them out. They are right about Tx, I don't remember the reason, but think that it might have to do with the ink on the playslips getting in on the machine where the playslips are put in and doing something to the machine, but I think that it is a stupid reason and that maybe they just don't want people to buy hundreds

$220 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot ramps up
Purchased 5 quick picks ................. the reference to the Bentley that runs on E85 was just a bit of sarcastic hyperbole ........... I see a Bentley as a piece of useful kinetic artwork ! seemingly ostentatious purchases keep people employed and spread the wealth the way a free market economy intends! best wishes to all Lottery Post Members, but Pennsylvania is long overdue for the big Jackpot ! Oh ............. and my ticket will be far away from the washing machine !!!!!!!!!

Millions in lottery jackpots expire every year
The machines that print the tickets can also make costly mistakes. Jeanne Consola of New York had the winning numbers, but never received her $5 million prize in 2009 because the winning number '6' had a misprinted type of 26 underneath it. Instead of winning $5 million, she was refunded $20 which she paid for her ticket Now I don't care what anybody says, that was wrong. She doesn't get her 5 million dollars because the machine screwed up the numbers? If I was her I'd probably be

Yeah, I don't know whether it is ticket hawks, my timing, or bad rolls at Wawa - maybe a combo. Even the other Wawas have been giving zilch. Was only $4/$16 at Giant, too - got Pure Gold #007 from the other machine, and it lost. The heat is the worst I remember feeling it. Haven't even been out yet. Any tickets would be tonight. I hate that mish-matching of symbols, regardless of intent. It could be a complete lack of creativity, but boy it could get confusing. But perhaps the Lottery is p

Hi Erik - glad to see you are back posting !! I tried the new $10 Monopoly game once more. First batch of $400 worth gave me back a measley $120 - bought 24 randoms yesterday and got back $80. Biggest was $20. Arghhhhh Did GREAT with GR a few days ago - bought 7 low #'s from the machine. Hit $1,000 and then the next ticket was $500 ! Never had a $1k win on GR before - what surprised me was the next ticket at $500 - tried GR yesterday and out of some 20 tickets I only got two $50's - all th

I see they have the new tickets posted on PA's website. Nice $50 bonus hit Matt. I had$5 on me and stopped at a wawa I knew had 20X. There was $1.50 on the machine, so I got a cash 5 and daily quick pick. Both lost, but ticket 002 of 20X hit $5. The new $2 is a smaller $20 Mega Multiplier. Mustant is 1 in 4.52 and Mini Multipler is 1 in 4.75. Thats some crappy odds. They keep getting worse and worse.
