We can see the last go around, the change in cash was below $5 Mil and the annuity remained constant for the first 6 drawing changes. I understand what your saying. The REAL jackpot is the cash value in MM, PB, and most state games if not all, that offer an annuity option. If a winner wants the annuity the cash is invested for the annuity.
