RJOh,
So I assume you have not signed the petition to eliminate computerised draws!.
The main point to note is that there are plenty of never do rules , but few which have had extensive statistical back testing as presented by the authors of the book. I believe these rules can be worked up as a set of first pass elimination conditions prior to applying the many public domain

What does a Winning formula require?
For me, a winning formula would have to take advantage of a loophole in the laws of probability. Not that one actually exists, but if one were ever to be found, you could bet that this is what the formula would revolve around. Perhaps the loophole would be a probability within a probability of sorts, maybe 10 layers deep, maybe more.
If you could take several combinations and give each one of them an individual 50% chance to be drawn within a measured (but short span) of trials, then a

Lessons Learned: Lottery winners should never eat their seed corn
You surely have fantasized about what you'd do after winning one of the big lotteries.
First, of course, on your buy list would be a hot, red convertible. Then, when spring arrives, you and a significant other could drive the convertible to Winter Park in the Denver area, to shop for a log second home in the $400,000 price range.
With that mission accomplished, you might return to Nebraska and pay off the mortgage of every family member.
Finally, you'd schedule a friends-and-family Cari

Is this for everyone or just Kansas?
I was reading News on the KS site and saw this. I was just wondering if this is for everyone, or just a Kansas thing.

N.H. Lottery gets approval for $30 scratch tickets
Is the buzz that comes from buying a $20 scratch ticket starting to wear off?
Don't worry; you will soon be able to press a vending machine button and buy a nation-leading $30 ticket if the state lottery commission has its way.
The state Senate overruled its presiding officer and advanced a bill intended to give the Lottery Commission the freedom to decide when the top ticket of $20 has run its course.
Texas and Connecticut are the only state lotteries in the nation selling a $30 scr

Iowa couple arrested in lottery fraud
A Waverly, Iowa, couple is facing criminal charges for allegedly cashing counterfeit lottery tickets.
Lottery officials allege Scott and Jennifer Brandhorst redeemed the forged TouchPlay tickets at a Hy-Vee store in Cedar Rapids, one for $300 and another for $325. Cedar Rapids police reportedly matched the couple with a surveillance video.
Investigators arrested the pair as they were leaving their home at 1868 Dakota Ave. in Waverly on Monday. They were taken to the Linn County Jail.

Consistent straight hits in p3&4
In doing some backtesting I've gotten fairly consistent box and straight hits by taking any given straight hit during the month in combination with one number from the day before and increasing the number by one several different ways.
For example let's say on February 2nd 123 came in and on February 1st 456 hit. What I'd do is take 123 and add the first number from the day before to give me:
1234
Now I'll create all possible three numbers first so I know what to work with:
123
